STC # SH11-40 Bell 206 A, B, L Series & 407 Engine Mount Quick Removal Kit
Damage incurred from an improperly removed engine can lead to costly structural repairs and considerable down time and loss of revenue for the aircraft. The pressure of time and manpower availability often results in the engine mount legs being pulled off the engine without removing the bolts attached to the airframe. This can cause significant structural damage and may require removal of all major components.

The weight differential between aluminum and composite materials is negligible, and our new Leading and Trailing edges are stronger, dent resistant and easy to repair in the event of damage. Our Leading and Trailing Edge stock replacement parts with 4 simple part numbers eliminate the confusing multiple different part number listing in the Bell IPC. Send us your fin and we can carry out the replacement for you or simply tell us if you need the LE or the TE and we can supply a new composite part complete with lightning strike protection, ready for installation, with detailed, easy to follow step by step procedures. It could well be the last time the edge is replaced.
